'OutDaughtered': Danielle Busby may think she is turning into a mean mom, but that is not stopping her from counting her blessings

Being a mom is not an easy task and Danielle Busby is coming to terms with the struggles of raising six daughters. In the latest episode of the show, Busby confessed that she was torn between being a good mother while trying to maintain a peaceful state of mind.

However, raising quints can be hard and this week's episode showed us just that. The quints were seen enjoying their time at home by jumping on the bed and running around the house.

Unfortunately, Danielle has to work through it. "Lately, all I am doing is no, no, no and 1,2,3, it makes me feel like a bad mom," she said.

Danielle found it extremely difficult to control her anger when the quints decided to jump on the bed and play around instead of going to sleep.

She hinted that she was growing tired of getting angry at her daughters which made her wonder if she was turning into a bad mom.

"You know what quiet time means? It means no talking and there is definitely no jumping on the bed," she was seen saying on the show.

Danielle also lost her temper when the quints decided to make a fuss about eating and started jumping on their seats while on the dinning table.

She was forced to bring out her "mean voice" which made her extremely upset. She confessed that she just wanted to discipline her daughters but not at the cost of being mean.

"I am becoming the mean mom and I absolutely hate it. Why does it have to be so hard?" she shared.

Recently, Danielle also took to her blog to talk about how she felt she was failing as a mother. "OK friends, I’m about to be really honest… I love my children with everything I have, but some days they test my last nerve!" she shared on her blog.

However, she noted that she overcomes this feeling by reminding herself that nobody is perfect. "But you know what's harder than dealing with my kids' reactions? Recognizing and accepting that I’m flawed too."

"Yes, this mama does her best to nurture and love, but sometimes my response is anger, impatience, or harsh words. And then the enemy has a field day, filling me with guilt and telling me that I’m a failure as a mom," she shared.

The reality star also advised all moms to count their blessings while noting that it is alright to go through the emotions that they are feeling.
