Kim Kardashian's daughter North West, 9, says R-Rated 'The Conjuring 3' is her 'favorite movie'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: North West, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's eldest daughter, reportedly stated in a recent TikTok video that 'The Conjuring 3' was her "favorite movie." The nine-year-old shared a video with her 9.4 million followers on her official kimandnorth TikTok account with the caption "Beginning my day."
In less than two hours, North's TikTok video reportedly garnered more than 890,000 views. 'California Gurls' by Katy Perry can be heard playing in the background as she said in the opening line of the video that she watches her "favorite movie" first thing in the morning. The child shared an image from the horror movie 'The Conjuring 3: The Devil Made Me Do It', which stars Vera Farmiga. The movie's plot follows two paranormal investigators as they look into a murder that might have been the result of demonic possession. The Motion Picture Association has given the movie a R rating for "terror, violence, and some disturbing images." It's unclear whether North has genuinely seen the movie or whether she was just joking, as per Daily Mail.

North continued to record herself getting her hair done, exclaiming that it looked "so cute." In her pink bedroom, she posed for the camera while concluding the video, showcasing an outfit she had put together for the day. Following that, she posted a video of herself lip-syncing to a sped-up version of Michael Jackson's 'Beat It'.
North is an active TikTok user and has shared more than 150 videos on the account she shares with her mother. Her father, Kanye, has previously expressed disapproval of her social media activity. Kim even had an argument with Kanye regarding his strong disaproval of allowing North to use social media.
Ye uploaded a screenshot of one of his daughter's TikTok to his Instagram account in February. He also included a text graphic in his post that asked, "Since this is my first divorce I need to know what I should do about my daughter being put on Tik Tok against my will?"
Kim shot back in a statement saying, "As the parent who is the main provider and caregiver for our children, I am doing my best to protect our daughter while also allowing her to express her creativity in the medium that she wishes with adult supervision — because it brings her happiness."
Kim and Ye's relationship is at an all-time low after the 'Stronger' singer stirred up controversy during Paris Fashion Week by wearing a White Lives Matter shirt and tweeting antisemitic remarks. 'The Kardashians' star and the 'Praise God' singer were married from 2014 to 2021. They have three other children: Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
