'NCIS: Los Angeles' Season 13: Release date, spoilers and all about CBS' crime drama
'NCIS: Los Angeles' has been one of the spin-offs of the famed 'NCIS' franchise that has seen some major mileage. 12 seasons in, the action series has been a fan favorite and the upcoming season continues to be one of the most-anticipated series on CBS. The latest entrant on the block, 'NCIS: Hawai'i' has received decent ratings, but is yet to reach that level of popularity 'Los Angeles' has accumulated over the installments. The series follows the exploits of the Los Angeles–based Office of Special Projects (OSP), an elite division of NCIS that specializes in undercover assignments.
And while you wait for the new season to debut, here are some of the titles that you can binge on: 'Chicago PD', 'MacGyver' and 'Magnum P.I.'

Release date and where to watch
'NCIS: Los Angeles' Season 13 premieres October 10, 9 pm ET on CBS. Along with network TV, CBS is available across a number of apps including, YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, FuboTV, and AT&T TV Now where you can opt for subscription plans to catch the other programs.

'NCIS: Los Angeles' released a string of official synopsis for the two episodes that will air weekly starting October 10. Titled, 'Subject 17', the season opener's logline reads: "While Callen (Chris O’Donnell) suspects Hetty (Linda Hunt) of keeping secrets about his past and Joelle (Elizabeth Bogush) surfaces in her quest to capture Katya (Jana Kolesarova), NCIS must track down an informant whose life is in danger. Also, Kensi (Daniela Ruah) and Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) work to expand their family.”
The second episode is called 'Fukushu' and the synopsis reads: "NCIS takes the case personally when an LAPD officer’s father, a beloved elderly Japanese American veteran, is the victim of a vicious hate crime.” We can expect the series to be more action-filled and gripping.
Cast
Chris O’Donnell returns as Special Agent G. Callen, and also reprising their roles are Daniela Ruah as Special Agent Kensi Blye, Eric Christian Olsen as Special Agent Marty Deeks, Medalion Rahimi as Special Agent Fatima Namazi, Caleb Castille as Special Agent Devin Roundtree, Linda Hunt, and LL Cool J round up the remainder of the cast.
Both Renée Felice Smith as Intelligence Analyst Nell Jones and Barrett Foa as former Tech Operator Eric Beale will be leaving the show. Gerald McRaney who has had recurring roles in the series is now promoted as a series regular. He plays retired Adm. Hollis Kilbride, who advises and counsels the Los Angeles division of the NCIS Special Projects unit during their undercover operations.

R. Scott Gemmill serves as the executive producer alongside John P. Kousakis, Frank Military, and Kyle Harimoto.
