'Nadiya's Time to Eat': Release date, plot, host and all you need to know about the upcoming cooking show on Netflix

Chef Nadiya Hussain will be seen educating time and money-strapped families about cooking up delicious and quick meals without having to spend too much resources over it

'Nadiya's Time To Eat' is a cooking based show wherein the host, Nadiya Hussain, rustles up lip-smacking meals. It is not just any other show and there's a USP to it. It is made keeping in mind the people and families that are strapped for time and money and more often than not, have to rely on takeaway options for food. On the show, The Great British Bake Off champ exhibits quick and delicious shortcuts and serves up fast favorites like Boa Buns with Spicy Tuna, Teriyaki Salmon with Mango Salsa, Banoffee Waffles, Chocolate Orange Blossom Cake, et al, using vital ingredients. All the recipes on the show are designed by Nadiya, keeping in mind that people don't go over the budget and time as well.

Plot 

On the show, Nadiya will share a selection of stress-free recipes that she's vetted carefully to help people who are in a rush afford a home-cooked meal without having to spend too much time or money while doing so. The viewers will also see Nadiya visiting households across the nation with a mission to prove to busy families that they can cook a wholesome meal at the end of a long day with a little future planning, the help of a freezer and the leftovers that sit inside it.

Nadiya Hussain 

Nadiya Jamir Hussain is a British TV chef, a published author, and a TV presenter. She rose to fame in 2015 after emerging as the winner of the sixth season of 'The Great British Bake Off'. Her time on the show did not only earn her a huge social media following with her fans terming themselves as 'Nadiyators' but she also won the backing of the then British president David Cameron who had become hooked to the show after watching it with his children. He also was of the opinion that Nadiya is “cool under pressure” and wanted Hollywood and Mary Berry to choose her as the winner.
