Nadia, a popular streamer of 'Call of Duty' games on Twitch and TikTok with over 1 and 3 million followers respectively, is facing backlash for making a controversial joke at the expense of the LGBTQ+ community. However, the streamer has turned the line of questioning into a running joke that she now capitalizes on. Nonetheless, the content creator has been under constant fire after posting the video.

What did Nadia say?
Nadia provided her perspective on how various 'Call of Duty' players approach shooting. She began by demonstrating how casual gamers shoot, featuring a clip of herself shooting slowly and occasionally missing shots. She then showcased her shooting style, hitting each target precisely and rapidly.
Unfortunately, she proceeded to mock the "LGBTQ community shoots" by including footage of herself firing bullets randomly and missing every target. She joked that their inability to shoot straight was due to their sexual orientation. She even captioned the TikTok with the question, "Am I wrong?"
After the release of the TikTok video, Nadia received heavy criticism from other TikTok users and streamers for appearing to suggest that LGBTQ+ individuals are not skilled at playing 'Warzone'.
One user on Twitter wrote, "Never heard of this Twitch streamer Nadia until today. I just watched a few Tiktoks joking about LGBTQ and women being in the kitchen.. Yikes." Another wrote, "Who the f**k cares, honestly Nadia doesn't even strike me as a female. She's got a mean crimson chin and her voice sounds like Macy Gray. Twitch content creators struggling." Another user shared a video of their view on the controversy, writing, "😶BREAKING NEWS: Twitch Stream Nadia Is Getting CANCELLED But You Won’t Believe Why - Here’s The Full Story ."

Nadia's response to the controversy
Nadia responded by releasing a video denying accusations of homophobia, joking about her "uncle's dog being gay," and including footage of herself kissing a girl. Her controversial nature as a streamer has frequently drawn criticism from viewers and other content creators. Popular streamer Asmongold even suggested that Nadia should be permanently banned from Twitch following her previous doxxing controversy.
The backlash against Nadia coincides with a trend in the gaming and streaming industry towards greater inclusivity, both in video games and in streaming content.
