Dr. Ebonie Vincent met a patient with "Alien Brain Toe" in the latest episode of 'My Feet Are Killing Me' Season 4. She does all in her power to help the cancer survivor realize her dream of being able to wear sneakers again.

Victoria, Dr Ebonie's patient, came to see her after being unable to wear sneakers or other closed-toe shoes for nearly four years. The fibers on the top of the shoes irritate her skin like sandpaper, therefore she can't wear covered shoes. She is dissatisfied and unhappy because she does not possess a pair of sneakers. When other doctors failed to diagnose her, she came to Orange County to visit Dr. Ebonie for a permanent treatment after the growth on her toe became extremely bloated and forced her to take breaks while walking.

Dr Ebonie found Victoria has a huge growth on her left foot that is overlapping her fourth toe. Dr Ebonie wanted to find out if it grows back even if she removes it and how to figure out that piece. Since it doesn't appear to be cancer, she can never rule out its reoccurrence. Victoria compared her ailment to a freckle, like a birthmark on the toe as she appeared apprehensive, afraid and anxious. She described how, eight years ago, it looked like an ant bite: red, itchy, and pus-y, but it grew with time and she now feels increasing pressure and discomfort. Dr Ebonie confessed that this is the biggest lump she has ever seen on a toe, and she wonders how much larger it can go at this point.

Victoria felt a lot of heat from the toe, which at this time resembled "a big brain." She characterized the sensation as searing, stabbing, and pinching, all of which are symptoms of acute nerve pain. Dr Ebonie observed that the more the bulk grows, the more it might compress key nerve systems. The growth has already stretched the flesh so far that it looks like "little spider veins," and it hasn't stopped growing in the eight years it's been on the toe. Looking at the foot, Dr Ebonie was concerned about something terrible.

She and the doctor were both concerned about the issue because she had survived cervical cancer. On examining the foot, Dr Ebonie discovered that the upper section is solid and devoid of fluid using imaging and ultrasounds. Although the tumor contains vessels with blood supplies that nourish it, which is presumably why it is growing. The doctor emphasized that tumors sometimes have a blood supply, therefore cancer was one of the top five possibilities she was considering. Dr Ebonie referred to it as a solid 'soft tissue tumor' because there is no specific diagnosis. The doctor warned Victoria that tumors can be benign as well as malignant. After being cancer-free for four years, Victoria still found learning about her disease frightening. Dr. Ebonie chose to remove the alien growth surgically and submit it to pathology for a precise diagnosis. The doctor worked hard to ensure that she removed all the mass, since it might regrow and become more uncomfortable and deadly.

Everyone was waiting for the pathology results to learn if Victoria would face another cancer battle. But, to her delight, the test revealed nothing. According to the report, she has a tenosynovial giant cell tumor/tendon tumor, which is non-cancerous and benign. Dr Ebonie was pleased with her work during the follow-up examination since it seemed to be a whole new toe. Dr Ebonie even gave Victoria a new pair of sneakers to commemorate the incident.

Fans took to Twitter to congratulate Victoria and Dr. Ebonie to overcome the situation. They wrote: "OMG I wanna cry @DrEbonieV is so amazing. As a cancer survivor twice. I hate the weight of that word so much. The very BEST wishes to Victoria and Harry on battling the cervical cancer. #MyFeetAreKillingMe." Another fan impressed with Dr. Ebonie's work wrote: "@DrEbonieV you’re a miracle worker, I’m such a fan since episode 1!! Much love to you! #myfeetarekillingme."

One fan prayed for Victoria for battling cancer and hoped for their speedy recovery as they wrote: "That's so sad to hear about Victoria's cancer returning. I hope she's doing okay #MyFeetAreKillingMe"
