N.Flying reports Covid-19 cases
On September 3, FNC Entertainment confirmed that the boy group N.Flying had three out of five members test positive after a self-test. The three members --Seunhyeop, Hoeseung, and Dongseong, were the only ones who tested positive from the five-member group. While Jaehyun and Cha Hoon had initially tested negative in the self-test, all five members and other members of the staff got official PCR tests done to avoid disarray.
Results of the PCR tests were revealed on September 4 and the agency reported another positive case from amongst the members of N.Flying. Kim Jaehyun tested positive for Covid-19 after three members tested positive a day before. The only remaining member, Cha Hoon, was confirmed as negative. All members are reported to be in quarantine following safety guidelines as prescribed.
IZ*ONE members also tested positive
Another report of a positive case was from Ahn Yujin, a former member of the girl-group IZ*ONE. The agency under which she still works, Starship Entertainment, announced on September 4 that Yujin was diagnosed with Covid-19 while she was in self-isolation. Previously, Yujin had tested negative while a staff member that was in close contact with her had tested positive and was confirmed as a Covid-19 case.
Reports suggest that Ahn Yujin complained of symptoms like sore throat and fever the day before. Upon a second re-examining, it was confirmed that Yujin had been infected by the Covid-19 virus. Another member of the group, Jang Wonyoung, had reported being tested positive for Covid-19 on August 29.
