She replied with an answer no one expected saying, "Two days ago we saw our queens fall, but they stood up with a gorgeous smile, with the confidence they kept walking. They showed me and the whole world even when you fall you got to stand up and keep going."

Adding to that Mia said, "So I just apologize to the production if I walk a little bit slower this night, just in case. But even if I fell I know that I'll stand up fix my invisible crown and keep walking."

This answer of hers won the hearts of fans and viewers worldwide. Taking to Twitter a fan wrote, "#MissAlbania was not nervous at all. And #MissIceland was hilarious. And #MissCroatia rescued that answer with the “invisible crown.” First two is top in this group. #Europe #MissUniverse."
