'Million Dollar Listing New York' Season 9 is here, which means dreamy, luxe homes and even dreamier realtors. And that just means one thing: Steve Gold. He's probably one of the few who will sell properties without batting an eyelid, quite literally. Charm aside, he does have what it takes to shine in a competitive industry.

Steve is a big deal today but that was not what he was aiming for when he first started. He had an enviable career in the fashion industry and has worked with some of the world's storied designers including Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, and Giorgio Armani. During this time, he earned quite a bit and engaged in a lot of travel which explains his impressive net worth.

What is Steve Gold's net worth?

According to a Celebrity Net Worth report, his net worth is at $10 million. It's not a surprise given Steve's a luxury broker at The Corcoran Group. His focus areas are properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. He also dabbled in a few projects in Greenwich Village, Flatiron, SoHo, the West Village, The Upper West Side, and Chelsea.

He loves good clothes and splurges on and off, but at the same never shies away from his duties as a responsible citizen. Steve is known to allot time to charitable causes. In the past, he has supported AmFar for AIDS research, FreeArts NYC, and The Brazil Foundation, among others.

Born in Stamford, Connecticut, Steve loves a good challenge and hardly ever settles for less, which explains why he indulges in a range of activities. He has been an athlete for the longest time and enjoys an occasional game of ice hockey, boxing, skiing, and surfing. He graduated magna cum laude from the Stern School of Business, New York University.

His work hardly ever allows him downtime but when it does, one usually can find him spending time with his family. In a 2018 interview with US Weekly, he described the kind of woman he wanted. Interestingly, a few months later, he met Luiza Gawlowska on a flight. "It was an interesting first sight," he told the outlet and added: "I think love at first sight is lust at first sight. It was definitely that, but there's so much more than just how someone looks, I think when it comes to finding a partner for life." Steve and Luiza are now parents to daughter Rose and they live out of one of NYC's plush apartments.

Owner of plush homes

It was a bittersweet moment when Steve had to move from the Zada Hadid residence in January 2021. It had been a few years since he moved to the area. The apartment may have been a bit on the smaller side with a little over 1,700 square feet to work with but he genuinely enjoyed living out of the space.

"Over the last two and a half years, many memories were made here. We welcomed our daughter, Rose, home for the very first time, faced a pandemic unlike anything the modern world has ever seen, celebrated milestones like Rose’s first birthday, and sold a lot of apartments here, too," he shared on Instagram and added that he was grateful for all those memories and was looking forward to making more.

Steve owns a beach house at Southampton's that is nothing short of a paradise. The 3,300-square-foot is his labor of love - Steve bought it over three years ago and has been renovating since. “I bought a house in the Hamptons about three years ago, I made some renovations, I made it my own, it’s really been a project of mine,” Steve told Bravo during a house tour and added: "It’s very much different from the things I sell — it’s very much me."  The 4,000-square-foot property was once part of William Merritt Chase’s Shinnecock Hills Summer School of Art, which is why the neighborhood today is known as the Arts Village, states Architectural Digest. It features Gold's enviable art collection, and is filled with items from Gold's travels 'like vintage rugs from Turkey or finds from a Cuban flea market'. AD describes it as 'a century-old property that has been lovingly ushered into the present day'.
