It's Episode 3 on 'Million Dollar Beach House', and there's already been an all-out heated exchange of words between Noel and Peggy. To be honest, we saw tensions building up between the two in the first episode itself. Noel had said that Peggy was "all over the place," and that she should let him speak to the owners and clients, and she was annoyed when he listed the price of an expensive beach house in the Hamptons for $35,000,000 as she felt that it was a little too much or rather "f**king stupid" in her own words.

In the second episode, during Noel's birthday, the two spoke about it and he explained to her why he named that price in an "insulting" way, according to her. He told her to get "qualified" buyers, which riled her up further. Matters worsened when they had a terrible showing, as Peggy was convinced that Noel was "shaming" her client, and was being disrespectful to him. The client was skeptical about the $35,000,000 price, though Noel tried to make him believe that the house was "a work of art," something akin to a Picasso masterpiece. Peggy was undoubtedly furious, and, at the end of Episode 2, walked in without even looking at him directly. When Noel tried to talk to her, she lashed out and said that this was the second time he had doubted her.

"That's the second time you've doubted me. You were disrespectful to me, as well as my client. You are going to shame my client, who has billionaire clients for not sharing their first and last names?" she said in Episode 3. Noel was apologetic and admitted that he had doubts. "I was reserved and skeptical. I apologize if you felt so." However, Peggy was relentless for a while and snapped at him for his behavior.

She added, "He [Justin, the client] said on the car ride, if it wasn't for me, I would have walked out. I could have lost that client, based on your actions. You insulted me by asking me to bring you a qualified buyer. You're very off-putting, whenever we talk about the property." Michael later said, "We have a few months to sell properties. Noel needs to understand that when we go out there, he represents all of us, not himself."

Nevertheless, Noel apologized and said that he thinks Peggy is a "rockstar" and he has no issues with her at all. The tensions have eased a little, but they're likely to flare up again.

'Million Dollar Beach House' is a real-estate Netflix drama, which follows five brokers and they hustle to buy and sell properties for their clients in the premium three-month period between Memorial Day and Labour Day (July-September).
