Miley Cyrus takes a dig at brief marriage with Liam Hemsworth after online proposal: 'It probably won’t last long'
Finding humor in negative experiences is probably the best way to deal with it and Miley Cyrus did just that. On Thursday, The Most Famous Artist, aka Matty Mo updated his Instagram bio, joking that he will be marrying the singer in the upcoming year.
Posting a screenshot, Matty Mo said, “Upping my manifestation game for 2020 and putting this out there.”
Talking about her recent failed marriage to Liam Hemsworth, Cyrus responded, “It probably won’t last long. But always down to try, You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
While it's not all fun and games, the celebrity couple has been through their share of ups and downs in the eyes of the public, which, needless to say, is a daunting experience. The singer was caught kissing Kaitlynn Carter, while Hemsworth filed for divorce officially on August 21. Cyrus then broke off the fling and her Instagram doted a wild romance with Cody Simpson.
When that relationship went public, Cyrus was quick to address the critics with a series of tweets taking back control of swerving unnecessary rumors. Radar reported that the singer's relationship with Simpson has taken a backseat with an insider telling Radar, "They are taking a break, but want to remain, friends, she said she just needs to focus on herself.”
Cyrus has moved on from her Hemsworth spell, and so has the Australian actor with a short-lived romance with Maddison Brown, who is now said to be dating Gabriella Brooks. Radar reported that as for the divorce looming over Cyrus and Hemsworth, mediation meetings are in the talks with a source sharing (to Radar), “They’ve both calmed down now and Liam just wants this chapter fully done with so he can move on.”
