Kendall Jenner's see-through jewelled gown, inspired by Audrey Hepburn in 'My Fair Lady' left little to the imagination

Kendall Jenner grabbed eyeballs at the fashion's biggest night out, the Met Gala 2021, which is known for the most extravagant and sometimes 'bizarre' looks. The 'KUWTK' star stunned in a naked Givenchy gown as fans dubbed her as 'goddess'. Kendall's see-through jewelled gown, inspired by Audrey Hepburn in 'My Fair Lady' left little to the imagination.

This year's Met Gala theme was divided into two parts, "America: A Lexicon of Fashion" and "In America: An Anthology of Fashion". As per Vanity Fair, it gave attendees a "wide berth of ideas to play with from founding fathers in powdered wigs and star-spangled gowns."

Kendall Jenner's crystal-embellished Givenchy gown featured a train and carefully crafted embellished neck and shoulder pieces. Kendall’s make-up artist Mary Phillips completed the look with slicked-back hair put into a bun. Phillips based the model’s get-up on Hepburn’s classic make-up looks. Phillips spoke of Kendall's look and told Vogue, "We wanted to show classic aspects of Audrey but in a more contemporary fashion. Once we knew the dress Kendall would be wearing, as a team, we collectively decided to take bits and pieces of Audrey’s glam from iconic images over her career."

Fans absolutely admired Kendall Jenner's look at the Met Gala 2021 and flooded social media with praises for the model.
