Memphis rapper Big Scarr reportedly dead at 22
Popular Memphis rapper Big Scarr, 22, is speculated to be dead. Although there is no official confirmation yet, the alleged death of the rapper has become a major discussion across social media platforms.
Music Journalist and Hip Hop editor of iHeartRadio, Tony M Centeno wrote on Twitter, "Big Scarr has reportedly passed away. He just wrapped up a major year & was preparing to tour with Key Glock and perform at Rolling Loud LA next year. The worst part is that he died right before the holidays. My condolences go out to his family, Gucci Mane & 1017. RIP Big Scarr."

Big Scarr is originally known as Alexander Woods. He was born on April 7, 2000. Scarr became a sensation after the release of his track 'SoIcyBoyz', which features Pooh Shiesty, Foogiano, and Tay Keith. The rapper also released two other installments in the series, titled 'SoIcyBoyz 2' and 'SoIcyBoyz 3'. He began his career with the 2019 single 'Make a Play'. The video gathered over a million views on the streaming channel, reported Deezer. Scarr’s last project came back in April 2021, which was his 'Big Grim Reaper: The Return' mixtape. The rapper has more than 928K Instagram followers. He was also set to be a special guest performer on Key Glock’s 'Glockoma' Tour, which is kicking off in March. Scarr was also scheduled to perform at Rolling Loud California on March 3. He also survived a car accident at 16 that nearly ended his life and was involved in an almost-deadly shooting shortly after launching his career as an MC. This shooting led to an appendix injury and eventually to the removal of the same.
