LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Mel Gibson is all set to return as a director after giving an Oscar winner ‘Hacksaw Ridge’ in 2016. The ‘Braveheart’ star is bringing Oscar nominee Mark Wahlberg for his next ‘Flight Risk,’ under the umbrella of Lionsgate. In the flick, fans will see Wahlberg playing a pilot transporting criminals for trial.

The other cast members will be soon announced by the makers, as Gibson and Wahlberg come together after delivering last year's box office hit ‘Father Stu.’ The two stars also worked in the 'Daddy’s Home' franchise. ‘What Women Want’ star has directed 5 movies in total over his 30-year career, where each made it big at the box office. Davis Entertainment will be producing together with Gibson and Bruce Davey through their Icon Productions, reports Deadline.
