"I don't know how I'm able to go on. How I can function. How I can be the light and have joy ever again but I'm going to try. Try hard for your beautiful twin sister," Zajfen wrote. "I can't comprehend any of it. Thank you for my world and tribe lifting me and pulling me off the floor. I can't do it with you," she added.
The Alliance of Moms' co-founder has a living daughter with a heart issue who utilizes a pacemaker. "George had no heart problems that they were aware of. Nobody knows what happened right now," an unnamed friend of the family informed DailyMail.com.
The nine-year-old was unfortunately discovered "unresponsive" at home, and the cause of death is yet unknown, according to the source. "They're still waiting on the autopsy results," the source added. "I don't even think she (Kelly) knows right now. He was just found unresponsive. It's hard to believe that it's him when, of course, it's his sister who has had a heart condition since she was two years old."
As close friends, Meghan and Harry contributed $5,000 to a GoFundMe set up in George's name under their children's names. The proceeds from the event will be given to Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
Meghan first connected with Zajfen through Trevor Engelson, her ex-husband, who also contributed to the GoFundMe, a source informed DailyMail. Another friend revealed that Meghan and Zajfen remained in touch owing to her charitable organization Alliance of Moms.
Through her organization, Zajfen offers support to foster care youth who are expecting or already parenting in order to help them build a good future for both themselves and their children. The actresses Kristen Bell and JoAnna Garcia Swisher are just two of the many women who have donated to Zajfen's charitable endeavor.
