Episode 6 of 'Mayor of Kingstown' saw quite gory and graphic visuals, as a mark of revenge towards Mike McLusky (Jeremy Renner). Having said that, Milo Sunter (played by Aiden Gillen), who is currently held behind bars in one of the many prisons in Kingstown, is sex worker Iris' boss and seemingly takes out his frustration on her when his favors are denied or are taking too long to be delivered by McLusky.

Iris (Emma Laird), on the other hand, is currently working in NYC as a rather exotic stripper. She doesn't dance or offer herself to anyone, and this aspect stirs up some mystery about the woman. Works as a win-win since she brings in tons of money to her bosses. Iris sleeps with loads of powerful men, getting them to turn on the side of a criminal. she is Milo's best bet and is sent to Kingstown so that he can make use of her to the best of his advantage, whilst creating chaos in Kingstown in the process, to get what he wants.
