'The Dealmaker'

One of the most tragic pieces of news in the music industry was the news of Michael Jackson's death in 2009, yet the singer is one of the most prominent voices in the industry to date and one of the characters whose secrets are still being unveiled. Spokesman and one of the most well-known real estate brokers in the United States, Mauricio Umansky, has turned to writing in order to share the wildest tales that have ever happened to him in his new book, 'The Dealmaker', in addition to his commitment to selling real estate properties.

The real estate agent spoke briefly with TMZ about the weird events that occurred while selling the property where the King of Pop died. Umansky stated that he was in charge of examining the home, which was situated in one of Los Angeles' most affluent neighborhoods.

Before displaying the home to prospective clients, the agent went there every morning to make sure everything was in mint condition. However, one morning things went wrong. According to his own account, after showing a potential buyer the home, he locked the doors behind him. However, when he went back the following morning, he discovered the window was open and music was coming from the room where Michael Jackson died. This incident was repeated for a second time.

The real estate agent also describes a second spooky encounter in the mansion. They entered the building with a client and noticed that one of the property's most outstanding features had changed. They noted that Jackson's home entrance's chandelier appeared to be damaged. The client who ultimately paid $18.1 million for the King of Pop's mansion found this to be a highly alluring feature.

'You're lying'
