LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Martha Stewart is doing everything she can to find love, with sources claiming that she's been trying to bribe some potential suitors with wine. The lifestyle maven, 81, recently launched her own branded wine called Martha’s Lighter Chard with 19 Crimes ($15).

Earlier this month, the domestic diva revealed she sent out bottles of her signature wine to "all of the significant males in my Rolodex" for Valentine’s Day apparently in a bid to hook a keeper. “I will be gifting this by the case to all of the significant males in my Rolodex this year!” Martha told Page Six of the wine, which she described as a “lighter take on California chardonnay."

Looking for love

"Desperate times require desperate measures!" an insider told Radar Online. "It's no secret Martha likes a glass of wine or three to relax at the end of a long day, but she's usually alone when she does it. So she gifted all the men she knows with cases of her signature wine with hopes they'll get the hint and share it with her and help end her loneliness," the insider added.

The kitchen whiz offered a number of gifting options for Valentine's Day. One of her gifting must-haves includes a skincare routine by Mario Badescu. “I’m a long-time fan of Mario Badescu,” Martha told Page Six, adding the Men’s Grooming Basics Kit ($33) “is great for Valentine’s Day, along with a facial at their salon.” Furthermore, she also had a number of sweet treat ideas for loved ones, including her six-flavor set of CBD Valentine’s Day Gummies ($65) and her Strawberry Ombre Cake ($100). “If your loved one has a sweet tooth, this cake is the perfect end to any Valentine’s Day supper,” she said.

Martha's relationships

It's worth noting that Martha has been single for more than two decades. After divorcing her husband Andrew Stewart in 1990, she sparked a long-term romance with billionaire business mogul Charles Simonyi. While the pair got engaged, their relationship ended in heartbreak in 2000 when the billionaire took off with a Swedish model who was 40 years younger than Martha. The television personality hasn't had a man to lean on in all the years since.

Martha admitted to having "two mad crushes" in 2022 but insisted both were married to her pals and she wasn't willing to bust up a marriage for love. "I've had the opportunity to be a homewrecker, and I have not taken anybody up on it," she said on an episode of Chelsea Handler's 'Dear Chelsea' podcast in July 2022.

That said, this is not the first time the aging lifestyle guru has resorted to unconventional efforts to snag a significant other. She previously posted a series of sultry selfies on social media and even asked her pal and former TV co-host Snoop Dogg to hook a sister up. "Snoop and Martha hardly run in the same circles, so that didn't really work out," the source told Radar Online, adding, "Now, she's looking at other possibilities and hopes the bottle of wine will grease the griddle."
