Marilyn Manson called wife Lindsay Usich ‘Amber 2.0’ in 2016 texts to Johnny Depp
Marilyn Manson reportedly likened his wife Lindsay Usich, who was his girlfriend in 2016, to Amber Heard in a number of messages sent to Johnny Depp. The 53-year-old singer claimed to have “got an amber 2.0,” as per court documents filed in Depp and Heard's defamation trial that were released over the weekend.
In the series of text messages, Manson, whose real name is Brian Hugh Warner, had apparently told Depp that Usich sought a restraining order against him while accusing him of physical abuse and keeping drugs in his house. The ‘Edward Scissorhands’ star then tried to calm him down by saying “don't take no s**t” and “not to give her what she wants.” He had also reportedly added, “Sociopathic behavior... it is f***ing real, my brother!! My ex-c**t is god**** TEXTBOOK!!”

The messages exchanged between Manson and Depp that were analyzed by DailyMail.com disclosed that ‘The Beautiful People’ singer told the actor, “Lindsay just pulled an amber on me...please delete.” The ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ star then asked him to ignore her and her antics because she apparently wanted him to react and “SCREAM, FLIP OUT AND FLIP OUT AND FEED HER NARCISSISM!!!”
Depp then brought the ‘Aquaman’ actress in his conversation with Manson, and while mentioning her as his “ex-c**t”, noted that her behavior was “textbook sociopathic”. “Should have read this s**t earlier,” he added.
Other messages between the two Hollywood personalities disclosed Manson telling Depp, “I got a serious police amber type scenario with L's family. I'm f***ing stressing. I don't know if you are back but I need asylum somewhere because I think the cops might be headed my way.” He also wrote: “Lindsay pulled an amber and she filed a police report. She is pulling an amber and the cops are gonna show up to serve me a restraining order,” before adding: “This is f***ed. Said I beat her up. And gave the cops my address. And said that I have drugs here. So I am ready to book outta here.”
Besides, the texts revealed through the documents also showed that Manson and Depp spoke about having a “cave” and also referred to a 1970s movie ‘Salò’ – infamous for sadism, severe violence, and psychological as well as sexual abuse. The message between the two said, “Let’s have our own Salo. But no gay stuff with us.” In a later text, Manson also told Depp, “My new fan meet and greet girl. Looks like you need it. Trust me. I’ll send a pic. 18.”
This comes as Heard lost the defamation trial against her former husband in June. After the verdict was announced, the actress was asked to pay $10.35 million to Depp while the 59-year-old A-lister was ordered to give $2 million to her. But later in July, Heard appealed the ruling as a spokesman said, “We believe the court made errors that prevented a just and fair verdict consistent with the First Amendment. We are therefore appealing the verdict.”

However, the request was dismissed. Meanwhile, Depp's representatives told DailyMail.com: “The jury listened to the extensive evidence presented during the trial and came to a clear and unanimous verdict that the defendant herself defamed Mr. Depp in multiple instances. We remain confident in our case and that this verdict will stand.”
