For the stars of 'Married at First Sight: Couples Cam', their second shot at reality TV is far more forgiving than their first, seeing that the couples aren't under as much scrutiny back as they were during the first 'Married at First Sight' run.

For the newest 'Couple's Cam' members, Erik Lake and Virginia Coombs, along with Vincent Morales and Briana Myles, Season 3 allows the couples to showcase just what married life is like for them while allowing them to be open and candid about their own 'MAFS' journey thus far.

While Vincent and Briana were an instant crowd favorite, making it increasingly hard not to like the couple, the same could not have been said for Lake and Coombs. Between Lake's extremely controlling behavior and Coombs' party girl ways, the couple were a constant topic of discussion among fans and audiences, all of whom had a lot to say about their relationship.

In the two-hour premiere special of 'Married at First Sight: Couple's Cam', Coombs spoke about how it was important for her to have had Lake by her side, seeing that they were both going through such a unique experience, that only he could truly understand what she was going through.

Coombs also spoke up about all the online hate and comments that were made about her and how it affected her. "I thought I had thick skin, but I learned very quickly, that I do not," Coombs said, while in a conversation with her mother and sister. "It definitely brought Erik and I closer that we got to go through this experience as a whole together. We've both been getting some heat online," she explained.

For me, the hardest comments have been about my appearance. I've struggled with really bad skin my entire life. And I think It's helped a lot to have someone who truly understands what we're going through, seeing that we're going through the exact same things," he added.

Turns out, Coombs isn't the only 'Married at First Sight: Couple's Cam' cast member who is feeling the heat from social media, seeing that Season 6's Shawniece Jackson's recently took to social media to share a story about what people had been saying about her online.

Jackson visited a Reddit thread that was discussing her relationship and was upset by what Redditors had to say about her relationship with Jephte Pierre. The two have had their fair share of trials, seeing that their current focus now remains on raising their daughter, Laura, together.

In the Instagram story posted by her, Jackson called out fans of the show. "Seen a DM and made the worse mistake ever?! I will never ever search my name in a forum again. I mean you can not be serious. I just wanna know who the f**k do you ppl think you are. I would say so [many] things but God be with me. I mean does any of you have a book on how to be human. Like is y'all lives perfect? Show me a perfect mom, wife, daughter, friend, family [ever] etc. I would love to meet them. Ppl are f**king mean." the star wrote.

The Redditors online supported their statements, saying "Ehhh... Unless I missed something, it wasn't really mean? The harshest was me calling their relationship toxic, but that is based on their constant breaking up and getting back together, all aired out on Instagram (including her saying she wishes she would have never been matched with him). I would call this relationship toxic if it was a relative's or friend's as well. Other than that, I see someone calling her fragile, which seeing how often she cried on TV and has emotional outbursts on SM isn't probably completely wrong. But nothing about her looks and no name calling. So I'm not sure what she was expecting when searching for herself on Reddit. It's not a fan forum or her own SM, so I think it was actually a completely reasonable debate."
