Machine Gun Kelly's gig surprises fans as Megan Fox, Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian join in
Looks like Machine Gun Kelly was in a mood to show off his exceptional music skills to people over the weekend and that too for free as the singer surprised many when he decided to go for an impromptu rooftop performance at Venice Beach in Los Angeles. Even though the ‘Bad Things’ hitmaker had dropped hints on Twitter and Instagram he never really revealed what his plans were.
Accompanying the 31-year-old musician at the venue was his actress girlfriend Megan Fox. Drummer Travis Barker also helped Machine Gun Kelly to take his performance a notch higher. Barker, who recently started dating Kourtney Kardashian, too brought his date for the rooftop concert. TikTok star Addison Rae was also papped at the event having a gala time with the headliners.

Machine Gun Kelly surprises fans with a rooftop concert
With an intention to drop hints, Machine Gun Kelly took to his Twitter account and simply posted, “Venice Beach today. Rainbow lifeguard station 3pm.” He also shared a story on his Instagram account revealing the same date, venue and time adding that he is not asking them to come there. Despite the hints, the event, which was organised by NoCap, proved to be a surprise for as people at the beach seemed stunned when MGK showed up with his clan. Speaking of the pop-performances, Megan and Travis Barker both shared multiple stories on their respective Instagram accounts. MGK also shared a few pictures from the concert and captioned it as “the venice menace”.
According to TMZ, the event was planned in order to promote their new song called ‘A Girl Like You’ which is featured on the Season 1 soundtrack for Amazon's ‘Paradise City’. Kelly, at the event, was on the lead vocals, whereas, Barker took care of the drums. Machine Gun Kelly has been in the news off-late for his relationship with the ‘Transformers’ star Megan Fox. MGK apparently first started dating the actress in 2020 when she made an appearance in his 'Bloody Valentine' music video. According to reports, the couple met at an indie thriller
'Midnight In The Switchgrass' movie set in March 2020.
