Is Travis Barker OK? Kourtney Kardashian posts mysterious pic of a vial of his blood
Travis Barker's Instagram story featured a photograph of a vial of his blood, which Kourtney Kardashian retweeted on Tuesday, June 8. The post comes after the couple showered each other with public displays of affection after confirming that they have been "more than friends".
In a gesture of appreciation, the 42-year-old reality star added a simple black heart emoji to the image from the 45-year-old Blink 182 drummer's Instagram. Kourtney was under negative spotlight in April this year when a video of her sucking Barker's thumb started making the rounds.

More recently in May, Barker's ex-wife and former Miss New York Shanna Moakler alleged that Barker cheated on her with Kourtney's sister, Kim Kardashian, while they were married, and called Kourtney and Barker 'weird' for posting sexy pictures of themselves on their social media pages.
Is Travis Barker OK?
The source of the blood vial is unknown. However, it comes three years after Barker sought medical help for a blood clotting problem in his arms in the summer of 2018. Barker's name and birthdate "11.14.75" were written on the vial in the picture. After coping with blood clots, doctors approved Travis to resume performing with his band in 2018, the Daily Mail reported.
In June that year, a day after being released from the hospital for blood clots in his arms, Barker was readmitted due to complications arising from the clots. He also admitted that he was suffering from a staph infection and also had cellulitis. "Blood clots in both arms and a staff (sic) infection, wasn’t the news I was hoping for. I’ll be back soon, thanks for all the love & prayers," he wrote in a Twitter post to People.

Staph, cellulitis and blood clots are all significant illnesses which, if left untreated, can be fatal. When word of Barker's illness surfaced earlier that year, Blink 182 was forced to cancel their Las Vegas residency. Barker and Kourtney had been dating since Halloween last year, following years of friendship. There is also the lingering possibility that Barker may have had his blood drawn so that he could put it in a necklace as Machine Gun Kelly did for Megan Fox.
Barker and Kourtney are both parents of children from prior marriages. With his ex-wife Moakler, Barker has two children — Alabama Luella Barker, 15, and Landon Asher Barker, 17. Meanwhile, Kourtney, the eldest Kardashian sister, has three children with her ex-husband Scott Disick — daughter Penelope Scotland Disick, 8, and sons Mason Dash Disick, 11, and Reign Aston Disick, 12.
