Luke Evans enjoys sunny day at Miami beach with BF Fran Tomas after red carpet debut as couple
MIAMI, FLORIDA: After a significant red carpet debut as a couple in December, Luke Evans and his boyfriend Fran Tomas were seen again in public as they hit the Miami beach to escape the winter blues on Sunday, January 8. The couple flaunted their toned physiques as they strolled up the shoreline before taking a dip in the sea in nothing but a speedo.
The Welsh actor, 40, is quite a fan of hitting the beach at this time of the year as he has been spotted enjoying the winter sun with his friends at the same tourist spot in previous years as well. The beachside outing found Evans and Tomas showcasing their muscular torso while donning a tiny pair of trunks in black, and mint green, respectively. This marks the first public outing of the star and his project manager, 32, who have reportedly been dating since 2022. The sighting comes after Evans made the relationship official at the LuisaViaRoma for the UNICEF winter gala in St Barts before Christmas.

When speaking to People at the event last month, Evans talked about ending 2022 on a good note. "I'm just happy going into the new year, closing the year 2022, which has been an incredible year for me creatively as an actor. It's been an incredible, incredible year. I'm just happy that it's been a good one and I'm coming to the end of it with my very close friends," he said.
He further shared that he does not work out all the time and spends time relaxing as well. "I've had a very busy physical year and so I was in shape a lot. But I have downtime and I relax too, because life isn't just all about looking good. 'Good' is the word here. Looking good is one thing. Feeling good is another thing altogether."
While the couple is rarely spotted out in public, they do enjoy sharing their relationship on Instagram. Evans wished his followers a "Merry Christmas" by posting a sweet selfie of the two sporting cheery smiles on social media. In December, the pair explored Japan and visited monuments like the Meiji Shrine in Tokyo. They also took a trip to Tomas' home country of Spain for a friend’s wedding.
