'Luckiest Girl Alive' is a new film on Netflix showcasing the horrors and post-traumatic stress disorder a victim develops after being sexually assaulted and not speaking about it. Mila Kunis did a phenomenal job portraying her character Tifani Fanelli, along with her co-stars Finn Wittrock, Scoot McNairy, Thomas Barbusca, Jennifer Beals, and Connie Britton. However, the young actors who played the character's younger self like Chiara Aurelia as young Ani, Carson MacCormac as young Dean, Isaac Kragten as Liam Ross, and Dalmar Abuzeid as Aaron Wickersham did a stellar job as well portraying their roles and bringing out the dark thoughts a teenager might have. The movie was released on Friday, October 7, 2022, on Netflix.

As you know, 'Luckiest Girl Alive' is adapted from the best-seller book under the same name by Jessica Knoll which also happens to be her debut work. However, the book and the movie have slightly different endings as Kunis helped Knoll achieve a little happier ending to the depressing, and heart-wrenching tale. On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, 43% of 28 critics' reviews are positive, with an average rating of 5.7/10 while on Metacritic, it has assigned the film a weighted average score of 54 out of 100, based on 15 critics, indicating "mixed or average reviews". However, read more to find out what the fans have to say about 'Ani Fanelli,' and the film.
