Who is 'Love Island USA' Season 5 star Vickala 'Kay Kay' Gray?

Vickala 'Kay Kay' Gray is from Texas, Palestine. The 25-year-old works professionally as a nurse. 

In 2021, she participated in the Bombshells Dallas Bikini Pageant. Kay Kay has excellent taste in fashion and beauty and also enjoys traveling.
