Is Logan Paul a face or heel? WWE star discusses future wrestling plans: 'I think it actually might be real hatred'
CLEVELAND, OHIO: YouTube sensation Logan Paul expressed his appreciation for Dominik Mysterio, the current WWE North American champion. Due to his arrogant demeanor, which is reminiscent of Mysterio, Logan is on the fast track to become a prominent heel in the industry. In professional wrestling, a heel is a wrestler who portrays the villain or bad guy who enrages the spectators by breaking rules, cheating or indulging in socially unacceptable behavior. He or she is seen as the antagonist to the "hero" character, also known as the 'face' in the wrestling lineup.
Notably, Mysterio is one of the finest heels in the business right now within the WWE Universe. Spectators have been booing the Judgment Day member so loudly that he is unable to even do a promo.

Logan Paul was recently on 'The Stephen A. Smith Show' and the host asked him who he looks up to in the WWE. He expressed admiration for Dominik Mysterio's performance, saying, "Well, there's a person who's actually active right now. Who I admire. His heel tendencies and he goes by the name of Dominik Mysterio. He's Rey Mysterio's son and he got a feud with his dad and it worked. The audience ate it up like they hate this guy now. I think it actually might be real hatred," he said.
The Maverick went on to say that he wanted a response from the crowd like Dom, who is frequently interrupted by booing. "Dom puts the mic up to his mouth and he can't get a word out because everyone in every single arena around the country, around the world is booing him. He cannot speak, he cannot cut promos. That's where I want to be. I want to be so hated that I can't talk when I enter the venue," he added.
Logan Paul cheated to win
The Maverick and Ricochet squared off in the SummerSlam opening bout this year. The bout has been in the works for a while after their memorable performance at Royal Rumble earlier in the year. There is no doubting that the competition exceeded the expectations of the supporters for two exceptional high-flyers.
There were several amazing athletic places and movements during the game. In the end, the Maverick won owing to interference from outsiders, including Paul's friend providing him brass knuckles, as shown in a video that has been going viral online. In addition, Logan's altered and erratic Buckshot Lariat, in which he leapt beyond the ring to take down Ricochet, caught the eye of spectators, especially All Elite Wrestling fans.
