Adin has been enjoying the high life for a time now, despite the fact that the specifics of his contract are not publicly known. The controversial streamer is perhaps one of the most viewed individuals on his platform.

Given that Adin Ross is acquainted with well-known singers and rappers like Drake, it is not surprising that he is drawn to opulent homes in and around Miami. But it seems that his aspirations to purchase a specific one were derailed when a "very, very famous professional athlete" outbid him.

"I got outbidded with the house I wanted. I really wanted a house in Miami. So now I have to build my own house, cause it's impossible to find a house that I like. And I got outbidded by a very, very famous professional athlete, who is very rich," he said.

At first, the content creator didn't seem eager to share any more details about the well-known athlete who had allegedly outbid him for the multimillion-dollar home. He even hinted to his audience that he would disclose that information in the future, perhaps a few months from now.

"I want to show you guys the real house, but I feel that it is leaking and I can't. But I can maybe show you guys a picture. No, I am not going to do it. Months in time maybe I might do it. But, truth be told, I got outbidded," he added.

The streamer said that he was unable to get "there" in time, which is why he lost the auction.

"It's nothing about me being broke. I just couldn't get to there in time. I saw the house, but they were already in talks and all that, so," he mentioned.

But a short while later on the same stream, Adin Ross disclosed the player's identity and asserted that Lionel Messi outbid him for the Miami property.

Football fans from all around the world have taken notice of the Argentine legend's time with Inter Miami FC. According to the Kick streamer, Messi was reportedly seeking a new home for his family.

"The professional athlete is Messi. Messi's parents, I think it was? I believe it was his grandparents, or I don't know who the f*ck it was. Messi, they wanted a crib for their grand-children or some sh*t, they were playing a game. I don't even know, and they got it," he explained.
