Lindy Li: Democrat calls Donald Trump ‘serial rapist’ as she slams CPAC as 'gathering of predators'
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA: A Democratic National Committee member recently made some outrageous claims as she blasted former President Donald Trump as a "serial rapist”, while calling CPAC a "gathering of sexual predators". Lindy Li, the Women's Co-Chair and Mid-Atlantic Regional Chair at the DNC, delivered the remarks while speaking to MSNBC host Yasmin Vossoughian about the Conservative Political Action Conference.
Opening the segment, Li retaliated against 'total sell-out' conservatives like Nikki Haley, and discussed how “woke” was being defined. "Let's be clear what anti-woke means. It's anti-black," Li said according to DailyMail. "And I think people are very reluctant to say it, but I don't mince any words, and that's the truth. That's their way of, you know, sounding the dog whistle without being extremely explicit." Li also attacked Halley, a 2024 presidential candidate, as “cringeworthy” and a “total sell-out.”

Li continued by presenting an overview of the ACU's yearly event. "Let's also not ignore the fact that CPAC has become a gathering of sexual predators. Let's be honest," Li said as she shed light on accusations against Representative Matt Gaetz and organizer Matt Schlapp. The DNC member concluded her argument, saying, “And then tonight, we have Trump, a serial rapist. This is the party that claims to be the party of Christian family values, and I had nothing to say or do but laugh at that."

Who is Lindy Li?
Li, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an American political commentator, campaign advisor, and former political candidate. As per her LinkedIn, she has also served on the Asian American outreach team for the Joe Biden 2020 presidential campaign. Li worked as a financial analyst for Merck and Morgan Stanley, before entering politics.
In 2018, Li became one of ten candidates competing in the Democratic primary for Pennsylvania's 5th congressional district. The DNC member, who served as the Treasurer for the Pennsylvania Young Democrats from 2017 to 2020, served as a political contributor for NBC News and MSNBC and hosted a weekly TV series, ‘Listening with Lindy Li’, which was telecasted in Philadelphia. As per Daily Mail, She was compelled to step down as Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Young Democrats after making disparaging remarks about Biden challenger and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.
