Lil Nas X wants a new boyfriend 'with crazy ex' to take on Aspen trip, fans think he's calling Bobby Lytes
Lil Nas X has revealed his newly single status with a special announcement of his upcoming New Year's holiday plans. Taking to his social media on December 27, the 'Old Town Road' star shared that he's on the lookout for a new boyfriend to join him on a trip to Aspen, Colorado.
While he hasn't revealed his exact intentions for the trip (it might inspire the conception of new songs), it's clear the rapper intends to have a whole lot of fun while he's there as he shared a list of special requirements his new partner should meet. "Need a bf to take to aspen and bring in the new year with," he wrote on Twitter, noting, "must have sufficient self-esteem, a moderately tragic backstory, and a crazy ex who wants to take u back from me."

Some fans believe Lil Nas X is downplaying a call for Bobby Lytes, a rapper and star of the reality show, 'Love & Hip Hop: Miami'. "Bobby, he’s summoning you! 😂," said a fan on Instagram while another wrote, "If it’s Bobby you want just say that."
One fan said, "This could've been bobby time to shine but he messing with jeffery sloppy seconds 😭😭."
Lytes has been trying to hook up with Lil Nas X ever since he revealed he is gay. According to Hot New Hip Hop, every time a publication mentions Lil Nas X's sexuality, Lytes will drop comments to confess his love and asking for a date. Although Lil Nas X has been relatively silent about his love life since he announced that he is gay, he did share that he was in an under-the-radar relationship with someone for a few months in an October issue of CR Men. "I’m dating someone right now," he told the outlet. "We’re not in a relationship yet, but it’s been on and off for the past few months. I’m maybe going to try to go steady this time."
Fast-forward to now and it looks like Lil Nas X is stretching the scope for potential love interests. In his latest Insta post, it also looks like he plans on getting a little wild on New Year's, writing "practicing for new years 💢‼️😖" in the caption for an NSFW pic of himself and, well, himself making out.
