Rapper Lil Mosey is currently facing second-degree rape charges after a woman claims he allegedly sexually assaulted her in January, when she went to meet him at a cabin with a friend. The rapper was summoned to court on Wednesday, April 21, but skipped the hearing. He is now looking at jail time for the same.
The survivor claims that she initially consented to have sex with the rapper. However, shortly after consuming White Claw and champagne, she blacked out. Mosey allegedly raped her while she was not fully conscious.

Is Lil Mosey currently dating?
The rapper has been relatively private about his love life, seeing that there is no information in particular about his dating history or former girlfriends. However, in 2020, he was repeatedly linked with TikTok star Dixie D'Amelio, after the pair were spotted having dinner together. The duo was seen along with a group of friends while the two of them sat together, chatting and laughing the whole time. They were also clicking photos and making TikTok videos together.
Dixie D’Amelio's involvement with the rapper came after her breakup with fellow TikTok star Griffin Johnson. The pair split in early 2020, after cheating allegations against Johnson surfaced, leading to a messy breakup. The rapper also spoke to Hollywood FX, addressing the rumors about him and D'Amelio. He hinted that fans could possibly be seeing them two together very soon, however, he didn't mention in what context or situation.
However, D'Amelio dropped the remix of her single ' Be Happy', which not only featured the artist rapping on the track but was also a part of the music video and the behind-the-scenes footage. Neither of them confirmed or denied if they were dating at the time, making it likely that Mosey's remarks were in reference to D'Amelio's music. It is unlikely that they are together, seeing that she is now with TikTok star Noah Beck.
Apart from his involvement with the social media star, the rapper allegedly claimed to be dating 10 women. In an Instagram Live with DJ Mr King and Cece for Power 107.5, the latter asked if the rapper had '10 girlfriends' and if he was quarantined with them. While he didn't comment or deny that number, he did mention that he was "decked off" and didn't need anybody with him at the time. The names of these 10 women that he is allegedly dating are currently unknown.
If convicted of the rape charges, he could face a sentence of life imprisonment and $50,000 in fine.
