Is that Woody Allen? Bruce Springsteen is almost unrecognizable as he poses for selfie with fan
Bruce Springsteen, 72, posed for a selfie wearing very Woody Allen-ish black framed glasses and a grey jumper
BRUSSELS, BELGIUM: A selfie of a well-known American entertainer has gone viral online, with many people confused over whether it’s really him. The legendary singer Bruce Springsteen, popularly known as 'The Boss' looked almost unrecognizable as he posed with a fan in the capital of Belgium.
While many mistook him in the snap for American film director Woody Allen, Others reckoned he looked like the Hollywood icon Martin Scorsese. The American-born singer looked confusingly like the 86-year-old film director in her gray sweater and black glasses.
The photo is thought to have been taken in the Belgian capital, where he was visiting his daughter, Jessica Springsteen. The equestrian, Jessica, who is 30 years old, is one of Bruces's three children among Sam Ryan Springsteen, who is 28, and his eldest son Evan James Springsteen, who is 32, with Patti Scialfa. She was taking part in a show jumping competition, and the 72-year-old, was there to support her.
There was a series of comments from the legendary rock star fans on Twitter. While one made a joke and said, "In case you still refuse to feel old - Bruce Springsteen now looks like Woody Allen." The other tweaked one of the lines from his 1975 hit 'Born To Run,' commenting, "Gramps like us/Baby we were born to nap!!!!" A third comment read, referring to the blue/gold dress optical illusion, "The photo of Bruce Springsteen looking like Woody Allen is the craziest thing I've seen on Twitter since the dress."
"Bruce Springsteen looks like both Woody Allen and Martin Scorsese at the same time," another fan chimed in.

'The Boss' wasn't performing, on his recent tour with the E Street Band nor he will be kicking off again until February next year. The band will play three locations including London's British Summer Time festival in Hyde Park.
Bruce also has four huge dates next year to play, that include Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh and Villa Park in Birmingham. Bruce is not called one of the greatest musicians of all time just like this but the legend has a career spanning six decades. The singer has also released 20 studio albums, most of which feature his backing band, The E Street Band. Bruce was born on September 23, in the year 1949, has sold more than 150 million records worldwide, and has been given the nickname 'The Boss' because of his marvelous achievements.
