Love rat Tristan Thompson has made NO EFFORT to meet his son Theo with Maralee Nichols
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Famous NBA player Tristan Thompson shares an eight-month-old child, Theo, with Maralee Nichols. Earlier this year, there were reports that Tristan had not done anything to financially support his child.
However, a recent report by Page Six revealed that Tristan has been paying Nichols child support despite their ongoing family court lawsuit. An attorney for Tristan told the portal, in a legal letter sent on Wednesday, August 17, “ He is paying, and has paid, child support to Ms. Nichols retroactive to the date she delivered the child.”

In February 2022, a representative for Nichols claimed in a statement that Trisan had “done nothing” and provided zero “financial assistance." However, he since has repaid all the amount he owed. "Tristan has still made no attempt to meet his 8-month-old son, Theo. It was not until recently that Tristan started paying child support," an insider told the publication. The relationship between Tristan and Nichols has always been a rocky road. In June 2021, Nichols filed a paternity lawsuit against Tristan, claiming he had impregnated her over his 30th birthday weekend that March. However, Tristan was still romantically involved with Khloé Kardashian. The athlete denied being the father until a DNA test proved the same.
Later, In January this year, he wrote on his Instagram story, “Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols, I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.” Tristan also apologized to Khloe with whom he was secretly expecting a child via surrogate, for his action.“Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you,” he wrote. “You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years,” added Tristan.
Khloe and Tristan have been in an on-and-off relationship. They recently welcomed a baby boy and a source close to People stated, "Khloé is on cloud nine. Getting a sibling for True has been such a journey. She is very excited to be a mom again," the insider said. "She really wanted a baby boy."Tristan also shares a four-year-old daughter True, and now a son, whose name is yet to be revealed with his current partner, Khloe and he is also a dad to 5-year-old son Prince with ex Jordan Craig.
