Khloe Kardashian’s ‘surrogacy baby’ with Tristan Thompson was conceived after THREE failed IVF treatments
On Wednesday, July 13, People magazine confirmed that Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are having another child together through surrogacy. The 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' star tried IVF multiple times in an attempt to have a second child with ex Tristan Thompson. She went through the procedure three times before realizing her eggs weren't robust enough to be frozen.
Khloe and Tristan share a 4-year-old daughter, True Thompson. The broken-up pair are having another child, allegedly a boy. According to sources, the baby was conceived a few weeks before Khloe learned that the NBA star had cheated on her with another woman in November. The other woman is Maralee Nichols, who is now the mother of Tristan's other child, Theo.

The Kardashians' representative released a statement on Thursday saying, "We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloe is incredibly grateful to this extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."
Sources say that Khloé and her ex broke up in December, just before the birth of his baby with Maralee. Khloé made her IVF experience public in March 2021, and she and Tristan have discussed having another child. Maralee, on the other hand, said she became pregnant with the NBA player's child after they had sex in Houston on his 30th birthday, March 13, 2021.
On the 'Ellen DeGeneres Show's 'Lady Parts' segment, Khloe said, "We realized that my eggs aren't strong enough to be frozen. They should be mixed immediately with sperm to make embryos. So I actually have made embryos."
"My plan was to have kids closer in age," Khloé added. "But now with COVID and everything, my plan's been a little delayed. I definitely do want more kids. I have so many brothers and sisters. I think it's such a blessing—especially during these times—to have a family member or people that you can play with and rely on and just have a buddy."
The moment Khloe learned about Tristan's paternity suit after having fathered Maralee Nichols' kid was documented in the last episode of 'The Kardashians.' Kim, Khloe's sister, gave her the news and even went to see her in her times of distress.
Khloé had started the search for a surrogate long before Tristan's act of deceit. At a KUWTK reunion in June 2021, she revealed, "I did have one [a surrogate] and then it fell through. There are so many tests they have to do and all these things. So I'm still on that journey. It's just, I thought it would be a much easier process. And it's not. It's challenging for me."
With Khloé's second child, Tristan will now have four children. In addition to True, Tristan has two more boys: Theo (6 months old), and Prince ( 5 years old), who he shares with his ex Jordan Craig.
