Kourtney Kardashian fears Scott Disick will propose to Sofia Richie during holidays leaving her crushed
Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian may be over as a couple, but it looks like Kourtney is still not ready for her children to have a stepmom just yet. It is being reported that the 'KUWTK' star is worried that Scott might change his relationship status with his girlfriend Sofia over the holidays, and it's not something she wants.
A source close to the Kardashian star said that she's afraid that Scott might pop the question over the holidays to Sofia, who has been quite not pleased in the past with her boyfriend's closeness to his ex. “Kourtney fears Scott may propose to Sofia over the holidays,” said the source.
“She’d be crushed. Kourt still has a lot of love and unresolved emotions for the father of her children so she would be disappointed if he committed to something long-term with another woman.” Moreover, Kourtney feels that over the last few years, Scott has finally matured a lot.
"Kourtney has seen how much Sofia has helped Scott mature and become the man and father Kourtney always dreamed he could be,” the source went on to say. “Kourt is disappointed that she was not the one that could change Scott and that it took the love of another woman to save him from himself.”
However, the reality star knows that the time for getting back together might have come and gone. “Timing has always been a problem for Kourtney and Scott too,” the source added. “Now that Kourtney is at last open to a reconciliation with her ex, she is afraid the upcoming holidays may create a situation where she may lose Scott forever… along with any chance they may have for more kids and a romantic ending.”
This comes after it was previously reported that both Kourtney and Sofia had been fighting over Scott and who gets to spend the holidays with him and the children. Sofia, as per multiple reports, was apparently left feeling extremely hurt and neglected after seeing Scott spend his Thanksgiving holiday with his ex Kourtney and their three kids.
But with Christmas and New Year just around the corner, Scott wants to avoid hurting Sofia as much as possible. He also does not want to damage his current rapport with Kourtney in any way, so this year, he has taken a firm stance for girlfriend Sofia and to that end, an insider has claimed that Scott has "made it clear that he would love to bring Sofia to the annual [KarJenner] Christmas Eve party."
"Last year he wasn’t able to bring her as his plus one and it was hard on him," the source revealed to the media outlet. "He didn’t enjoy having to feel divided. The party is at [Kim Kardashian’s] house and she has no issue with him dating Sofia."
