Kourtney Kardashian and Sofia Richie reportedly fighting over who spends Christmas holidays with Scott Disick
Scott Disick might be in a state of complete jeopardy, as he has to decide whether he wants to spend his upcoming Christmas holiday celebrations with his ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian or his current girlfriend Sofia Ritchie and his three kids.
Sofia, as per multiple reports, was apparently left feeling extremely hurt and neglected after seeing Scott spend his Thanksgiving holiday with his ex Kourtney and their three kids. But with Christmas and New Year coming up just around the corner, Scott wants to avoid hurting Sofia as much as possible.
However, the 'KUWTK' star also does not want to damage his current rapport with Kourtney in any way, so this year, he has taken a firm stance for girlfriend Sofia and to that end, an insider at Hollywood Life has claimed that Scott has "made it clear that he would love to bring Sofia to the annual [KarJenner] Christmas Eve party."
"Last year he wasn’t able to bring her as his plus one and it was hard on him," the source revealed to the media outlet. "He didn’t enjoy having to feel divided. The party is at [Kim Kardashian’s] house and she has no issue with him dating Sofia."
The reality star further feels he’s "found a little loophole to scoring Sofia an invite," and he’s crossing his fingers that Kim will give the thumbs-up sign for him to bring Sofia along. However, an inside source close to the Kar-Jenner family noted that it’s "unlikely" that Kim would give Scott permission to bring Sofia without asking Kourtney first, "but Scott’s been trying".
On the other hand, a second insider is now claiming that Kourtney has no intentions of spending the holiday season with Sofia. "Kourtney has discussed holiday plans with Scott and made him aware how much it would mean to her and the kids to celebrate together with their whole family."
The source added, "Kourtney understands that Scott may feel torn when it comes to splitting his time with Sofia, and with their family, but Kourtney feels the kids' needs should always come first."
"Kourtney really hopes Scott makes what she believes is the right decision in her eyes," the second source said, adding, "and spends the holidays as a family. Scott has mentioned bringing Sofia along to celebrate with them, but Kourtney doesn’t know if she’s ready to make a big step like that just yet."
We now know what Scott and Kourtney want their holiday plans to be like, but what does Sofia want? "Sofia wants to steal Scott away from Kourtney for a romantic trip during the holidays," a source close to her said to the media outlet. "Sofia wants to spend quality time alone with Scott after Christmas and during New Year."
"She [Sofia] does not want to lose Scott to Kourtney," the source said, adding, "and give his ex more time to take and post more pics of them together. Sofia is even open to bringing Scott’s kids along for a ski vacation or maybe somewhere tropical, as long as Kourtney is not involved."
Scott may go along with Sofia’s plans, as apparently, the reality star is "very impressed by how Sofia hasn’t lashed out or isn’t trying to stir up drama in ways you’d expect — and it has made him even more attracted to her. If Kourtney was trying to tear them apart, she has not succeeded."
The only way to find out if Scott gets his wish fulfilled or not is to watch out for some of those brightly lit up Christmas pictures of the Kardashians.
