People across the country have turned up to the polls and how. A lot of them voted earlier and many of them opted for same-day registration. Let's just say that the citizens showed up to do their bit for the country by casting a vote for their choice of candidate in the Presidential Elections 2020. Majority of celebrities and other public figures too have responsibly endorsed the importance of showing up at the polls and casting a vote. A lot of them took to their social media pages on November 3 to share photos with their 'I voted' stickers to influence people further.

Reality TV star-business mogul-activist Kim Kardashian did so, dressed in red, and caused a furor amongst followers who believe she's voted for Donald Trump and was endorsing the same with her red dress. The eldest Kardashian sister, Kourtney, too, wasn't behind in infuriating her supporters as she shared her vote update on her Instagram page.

"Happy Election Day! Get out there and VOTE if you haven’t already. Your voice is important. Your vote has power. Every vote counts," she wrote alongside a photograph of herself, a mirror selfie, where she's seen sporting a sweatshirt with her 'I Voted' sticker. In mid-October, Kourtney had gone public, hinting that her choice of candidate in the Presidential elections 2020 is her brother-in-law Kanye West.

She had given a nod to Kanye's Presidential aspirations by sharing a photograph on her stories, of herself, wearing a black hat from Kanye's presidential merchandise that had the words 'Vote Kanye' etched across it. Around the same time, she'd also retweeted Kanye’s Presidential campaign video, in which he described ‘reviving America through faith’. She'd received a lot of backlash for sharing the photo with the merchandise.

"Kourtney Kardashian posting an Insta story to her 102 MILLION followers encouraging them to vote for Kanye is one of the most irresponsible, egregious and reckless uses of that family’s platform that I've ever seen," read one of the comments that were captured by Entertainment Tonight.

Kourtney took a lesson out of her previous experience and on election day, she decided to make a post which was neutral. However, her supporters know that she's endorsed Kanye in the past and they flooded her comment section wondering if she 'wasted' her vote on her brother-in-law. "Hope you didn’t waste a vote on Kanye," wrote a follower. "Pls tell us you didn’t vote for Kanye," wrote another. "If you voted for Kanye I’m going to cry," wrote another follower. "Let me guess you vote for your brother-in-law," read another comment. "Did you vote for Kanye, be honest" asked another. "Did you and Poosh vote for Kanye?" asked another follower. "Unless you vote for Kanye, then your voice doesn't count," commented another follower.
