Kim Kardashian slammed for enabling 'delusional, Trump-supporting husband' as Kanye announces presidential bid
Kanye West, The Kardashians and Kim Kardashian are all trending on Twitter right now in the wake of the former announcing that he is running for president in 2020. Kanye has always been vocal about his wish to run for president but he has been highly criticized for being a Donald Trump supporter.
"We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision, and building our future. I am running for president of the United States! #2020VISION," he tweeted. While some have received the news positively, there are hordes of people who are leaving no stone unturned in a bid to slam him. Some are even saying that Taylor Swift would be a better president than West, considering the feud between the two artists.
Kanye's major announcement has now resulted in his wife Kim Kardashian West being dragged into the eye of the storm. People have even started discussing her sex tape with Ray J. Melania Trump has been dragged into the conversation too and people on Twitter have been commenting that the current first lady and the presumptive one have 'porn' as the factor that ties them together.
Kim's supportive stance for Kanye is well known. She's supported him through a lot of controversies and stands by him every time he causes a stir with his statements. So it was natural for her to show her support when he announced that he is running for president. She did so by sharing Kanye's tweet with a simple American flag and a myriad of comments started to pour in from all quarters calling out the couple.
