'MOMAGER 2.0': Internet slams Kim Kardashian as daughter North West, 9, set to launch skincare line
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kim Kardashian offended several fans by letting her eldest daughter North West launch her own business when she is just a preteen. North West, Kim's oldest child, is about to launch beauty and toy lines after her mother reportedly registered several trademarks under her name in March. The nine-year-old appears to be being prepared by the founder of SKIMS to take over her $1 billion enterprise and carry on her legacy as a mini-mogul.
Online critics complained that Kim shouldn't have made North the leader of a company while she is still a kid. The US Sun recently reported that Kim, 42, has been preparing North, 9, for a prosperous future by filing four fresh trademark applications on March 10, 2023, in her daughter's name.

North West to start business
The US Sun reported that Kim registered four new trademarks in the name of her daughter North. The reality TV star has previously acquired trademarks for the kids she shares with her ex Kanye West. Earlier in July 2022, Kim registered nine trademarks for her kids Saint, 7, and Chicago, 5, to pursue skincare, toy, and fashion businesses. She also registered multiple trademarks for her three-year-old son Psalm in November 2022. Kim undoubtedly wants her children to succeed in life, much like the successful entrepreneur herself.
Kim's co-parenting struggles with Kanye West
Kim has had to strike a balance between co-parenting and going through a divorce. Kim opened up about her split from Ye, also known as Kanye West, and the difficulties of co-parenting their four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, during a visit on Angie Martinez's 'Angie Martinez IRL' podcast.
She said, "I've managed to do that and I'm holding on by a thread. I will protect that to the end of the earth as long as I can." According to USA Today, a very emotional Kim, who was raised by divorced parents Kris Jenner and the late Robert Kardashian, recalls having "the best dad" as a child.
"I don't mean to get emotional, it's just been a day for me," Kim continued. "You know, it's hard. Co-parenting is hard. It's really (expletive) hard. But I had the best dad, and I had the best memories and the greatest experience. That's all I want for my kids. As long as they can have that, that's what I would want for them," Kim added.
'Crazy how kids can sign contracts'
Online fans slammed Kim for trying to make North a mini-version of herself. One fan wrote, "The kid has done nothing, the family is living off a name!" A second fan wrote, "Skin care at age 9 years old. Why's her mother rushing her growing up. Let the child be a child and do kids stuff." "Correction: Kim Kardashian is already trying to make money off of her kids," typed another fan.
"A 9 year old skincare line? Pretty soon they gonna be out here telling 9 year olds they need Botox and lip filler," commented another enraged fan. One fan wrote, "she’s be trademarking the name for north while she still young in case she wants to start a line when she’s older she can without having trouble with the name i could be wrong tho."
Other slamming comments included, "It’s witchcraft" "Momager 2.0" "Kids don’t need skin meds that’s weird," among others.
