NO PAIN, NO GAIN: Kim Kardashian gives fans a glimpse into 'killer' 5.30am workout routine
HIDDEN HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Kim Kardashian just proved that her shapely body and fit looks don’t come easy! The reality TV star-businesswoman gave her fans a glimpse into her intense workout routine in her Instagram stories on Saturday, February 18. She showed off her curves, and toned butt and legs in tights as she trained and posed for photos with her trainer, Senada Greca, whom she had praised in a caption. Kim had written that she was “trying to be like her today!”
Kim flaunted her arms in a sleeveless tank top during her intense exercise routine. She also wore a pair of athletic gloves and tied her hair up in a tight bun. In the videos, she is seen pulling off moves, including lateral squats and hip thrusts, while remarking how difficult it was to do them. She also managed to pull off a self-deprecating joke in one of the videos by taking a shot at her hip thrusts and remarking about how the move was “really disturbing.”

This comes soon after the beauty mogul had opened up on wanting to be a better version of herself. "My 40s are about being Team Me. I'm going to eat well. I'm going to work out. I'm going to have more fun, spend more time with my kids and the people who make me happy. I'm going to put my phone down," she said, according to Business Insider.
Kim Kardashian’s trainer reveals routine
Amanda Lee, a trainer who works with both Kim and her sister, Kourtney, spoke about how she tended to target the lower body since they focussed on heightening their bodies. "With them and for myself I'm really big on HIIT training which is high intensity interval training, so it's mostly geared towards toning, lifting, tightening and fat burning, even though that's not a main goal," she said, per Elle.
