LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The love life of Kim Kardashian has been a hot topic ever since she announced her split from ex-husband Kanye West and started dating comedian Pete Davidson. She recently got cadid about breaking up with Davidson on 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' on Wednesday, September 14. During the interview she said that she now wanted to meet a "doctor or a scientist."

Confirming she was "happily single," the SKIMS owner insisted that she's not on the prowl for a new beau following her split with Davidson. "I haven't really thought about it cause I just am not looking," she told Corden on being asked how she navigates the dating scene being a high-profile celebrity.

"I just want to chill for a bit. I think I need some time to myself and to focus, finish school, all that," Kim said. The 41-year-old reality star and Davidson, 28, decided to call their relationship off after dating each other for nealry 9 months. Kim revealed she was probably not going to rely on dating apps and the earlier routes she used as they were clearly not working for her.

"I think my next route will, I feel like I have to do something like go to different places. Clearly, it's not working what I’m doing. So I don't know, maybe like [go to] a hospital, and meet a doctor. A law firm," she mused, adding, "I think it's going to be scientist, neuroscientist, bio chemist, doctor, attorney, that is maybe what I envision in the future."

Kim’s dating life came into question after a report by E! News revealed that the KUWTK alum was "ready to date again but with the right person who understands her life." Davidson and Kim reportedly called off their relationship due to their hectic professional and personal lives. The couple split up amicably. In an interview with Interview magazine, she praised her Davidson and called him a "cutie." "[Pete is] a cutie. He's literally such a good person, they don't really make them like him anymore. I'm excited for what he has coming up," she said.

Coming back to her appearance on 'The Late Late Show', Kim spilled the beans about the upcoming highly anticipated second season of 'The Kardashians' which will be aired on Hulu. Kim admitted to Corden that it truly 'surprised' her just how many people tuned in despite the Kardashian-Jenner clan's lengthy presence on television.

"We're like, 'Oh my god, we hope people tune in, we hope people still care after 20 years,' you know? So the fact that they tuned in...," Kim trailed off, suggesting that the record viewership was a relief. "I really think Season Two, everyone is going to be, I think, really surprised at how vulnerable we are. And how open we are," she said. Season 2 of 'The Kardashians' will air on September 22 on Hulu.
