Kendall Jenner who recently sparked 'boob job' rumours after she posed in a sheer dress has revealed that she's struggling with crippling anxiety following her stunning Oscar appearance. The stunning 26-year-old supermodel took to Instagram on Monday and laid her issues with anxiety bare.
In the video, Kendall, who has battled anxiety for many years amid her successful modelling career, listed habits that she has adopted to make herself feel better and hoped it would help others who find themselves increasingly anxious too.
"Happy Monday y'all! My anxiety (especially social anxiety) has been on 100 lately. I’ve come to a place where I don’t feel bad about it. I love my space and my alone time. I am finding ways to help me start my day off with a calmer, more positive mindset,” she said in the lengthy caption.

They included taking ten calm breaths before touching her phone, journaling in her yard, and expressing thankfulness for her "blessings". She also stated that she "took in the sun" and "practiced some deep breathing," and she advised her fans to do the same.
Kendall's post focusing on mental health comes as many speculated that she's undergone cosmetic surgery after she looked "different" in recent pictures. Kendall showed off her cleavage in a figure-hugging transparent minidress over the weekend on her way to the REVOLVE Social Club's 818 Tequila bar in Los Angeles. Eagle-eyed fans felt her breasts looked fuller and accused her of having a very "natural-looking" breast augmentation. Many even suspected that she wore her massive ruffled Balenciaga gown to Vanity Fair's Oscars after-party to hide her recent surgery.

Kendall has also come under heavy criticism lately for how she, like the rest of family, flaunts her wealth.
