Kelly Brook vows to pose for sexy snaps: 'I'm naughty in my forties and going to be fit as f*** in my fifties'
Kelly Ann Parsons, known to most as Kelly Brook, is a famous English model, actress and author. Highly acclaimed for her modeling career in the US and the UK, she rose to fame when she made her way into mainstream presenting in January 1999, in 'The Big Breakfast.'
She continued to make a name for herself, especially with her sexy snaps being a lads' mag pin-up. Good news for her fans, Brook has said that even though she turned 40 last year, she will not turn away from sexy shots.
"I was dirty in my thirties, I’m naughty in my forties and I’m going to be fit as f*** in my fifties," said Brook. Now, a gardening correspondent on TV's 'This Morning', Brook did keep it real though.
"Obviously it’s still important for me to look as good as I can. When you’re younger everything is a bit easier, isn’t it? But now in the morning when I wake up, my lower back hurts a little bit," she revealed. "It really hurts in the morning and I need a good walk and a stretch to get going. Honestly, my back kills me."
She went on to say although she misses certain aspects of being young, she doesn't want to 20 again. "I do miss being able to bounce around and not ache and feel pain when I go to the gym, but I wouldn’t want to be 20 again, no way."
The starlet went on to explain how gardening helps her feel glamourous, even stating that "gardening is sexy." She said, "It’s part of my job and I feel like I want to be the best version of myself. I want to stay fit and healthy but I’m never going to have that body I had when I was 20 because my metabolism is slower."
"Gardening can be glamorous and gardening is sexy. How is gardening sexy? Because you get all covered in dirt, don’t you. You're down on all fours, so it can be quite sexy."
Brook is now isolating in her London home with her man, French model Jeremy Parisi, 34, but has admitted to suffering from anxiety amid the lockdown.
"When coronavirus first arrived I had a bit of a tight chest and I was thinking, 'Oh God, I've got coronavirus' but then I was like, 'No, I haven't, it's grief. This is me grieving my life'."
"I had it for about three weeks and it was really quite difficult. In the day I was still working from home and cooking and keeping myself busy, but at night you’re conscious of your breathing and making sure that everything's normal."
She explained how negative thoughts got to her, "Those negative thoughts start coming in, like, 'Are we going to get out of this? Is this life forever?' I've never really suffered from anxiety before. I would get out of bed and just sit in my kitchen."
Even though it was a difficult time, Brook has continually shown support for NHS for the weekly Clap For Carers national applause, "We're out on our doorstep every Thursday clapping for the NHS staff," she said.
