Katy Perry's unborn daughter sticks up middle finger in hilarious ultrasound video
Katy Perry has shared a funny video from her and Orlando Bloom’s first child’s ultrasound. In the clip posted on Instagram, the unborn daughter of the duo seems to appear sticking up one of her fingers.
“When your unborn daughter gives you a middle finger from the womb you know you’re in for it. #happymothersdaytome,” the singer captioned the ultrasound video shared on social media on Sunday, May 10.

Perry and Bloom started dating each other in October 2016 and got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2019. The ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star popped the question with a stunning flower-shaped diamond ring with a ruby in the middle.
The couple is now set to welcome their first child. Perry announced her pregnancy in March during an Instagram live show. Confirming the good news, the 35-year-old Grammy nominee said it is “probably the longest secret” she has “ever had to keep.”
Bloom also said in a Sunday Times interview in March that he is on cloud nine as he will become a father. “This kind of joy isn't something you can put into words—or really wrap your head around. Obviously, we've known for a long time before going public. As you can imagine, it's such an incredibly precious, private, yet commonplace moment to be sharing with the world. The whole family is over the moon,” the 43-year-old actor said.
Perry recently said that she is going to have a “triple F” parenting style. “[I’ll be] firm, but fair and very fun,” she explained. The ‘Con Calma’ singer also revealed during a SHEIN live stream event on Saturday, May 9 that it's been difficult accomodating to the quarantine lifestyle while pregnant.
“I think a lot of that is hormonal and I'm not used to being around so many people all in a confined [or] a small space for so long. I'm used to going [out] all the time. There is not really anywhere to go besides my car. So I go to my car a lot. That is my safe space,” she added.
Perry also went live on Tuesday, May 5, sharing that the coronavirus lockdown has been a good test for her and Bloom’s relationship. “If you love me during quarantine, you can love me any other time. Quarantine probably reveals the most about you. I mean, you can’t even hide your foot fungus anymore. It is just out there. I used to have it, but I don’t have it anymore. But you can’t hide anything... This is me, this is it,” the ‘American Idol’ judge said.
This comes after a source in April revealed that Perry’s relationship with Bloom has hit turbulence ever since she got pregnant with his child. “Orlando and her are having some ups and downs right now. Katy is dealing with the nerves of being a first-time parent, and Orlando is stressing about having a baby in their lives at this time,” the source said.
However, the source also stated that given the "ups and downs", the ‘Dark Horse’ singer is “is overjoyed and elated that she is pregnant”. “She’s always wanted to be a mom,” the source added.
