Kate Middleton looks autumn-ready in chic polka dot Rixo dress as she drops off her children at Lambrook School
SOUTHWEST LONDON, UK: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis were all smiles as they arrived for a settling-in afternoon at Lambrook School, in Berkshire. A settling-in afternoon is an event held to welcome new starters and their families before the start of the term.
Kate Middleton dressed in autumnal tones as she accompanied her children to a 'settling in' session at their new school this afternoon (September 7, 2022). The Duchess paired a copper brown polka dotted dress by Rixo with suede heels in a similar hue.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge decided to move to Windsor to be closer to the Queen and have now made Adelaide Cottage in Windsor Park their official residence. The move meant that Prince George, Charlotte, and Louis, who previously attended St Thomas's School in Battersea near their former home of Kensington Palace, will now attend a brand new school. The robe featured three-quarter size sleeves and a shirt collar, and the Duchess mixed it with a pair of brown suede stilettos.
Crafted from a lightweight fabric decorated with polka dots, the copper brown dress features a super flattering waist panel, gathered cuffed sleeves, a collared neckline, buttons, and a pleated skirt. For equipment, the royal merely wore a pair of pearl drop earrings which completely complemented her elegant look.
The Duchess regarded extra fashionable than ever and was all smiles as she chatted to Prince William and the youngsters on their solution to the varsity.
She saved her hair unfastened, which was regarded notably shorter and lighter than in her final public look, and opted for a pure make-up look.
The school, which boasts an orchard and various animals roaming on site, offers lots of outdoor learning opportunities. In recent years, Kate has focussed much of her work on promoting the benefits of spending time outdoors for both educational and recreational purposes. I expect the Duke and Duchess chose the school because its ethos aligns with their beliefs. Prince William attended the settling-in session too. The annual event welcomes new pupils and their families to the school. The Duke walked into the school grounds hand-in-hand with Charlotte. Meanwhile, Kate held George and Louis’ hands as they crossed the courtyard to the school’s entrance.
The Duchess looked more stylish than ever and was all smiles as she chatted to Prince William and the children on their way to the school. She kept her hair loose, which looked notably shorter and lighter than in her last public appearance, and opted for a natural make-up look.
Kate is a fan of polka dot dresses and often wears them for the most important occasions, such as her most recent Wimbledon outing or the Royal Ascot back in June.
