'Kandi & the Gang': Kandi and Todd confront Shawndreca about bad-mouthing OLG
Mixing family and work is never a good idea. But sometimes, it can certainly pay off. While these situations might be few and far between, they help you gain insight into what is happening in and around your business. And it turns out, Kandi might have just stumbled upon some startling information.
Kandi places a lot of emphasis on loyalty -- it is what some of her staff have been with her right from the get-go. However, this might not always be a good thing, seeing that it seems to have blindsided her to some unfortunate truths. But, as the staff at OLG continues to get unruly, it looks like Kandi might have to face the music and make some tough choices. The question is, will she see this through?

The OLG staff is pretty close, seeing that they have worked alongside each other for a considerable amount of time. But that also means they tend to talk to each other without a filter. In the previous
episodes, the gang went out together after work and Shawndreca began bad-mouthing OLG. She claimed that the food there on Monday was not the same on Friday and that she was making $12, even though the minimum wage was $15.50.
While she continued to say these things, she seemed to have forgotten Patrick was on the table with her. Patrick not only manages the OLG parking lot but is also Kandi's cousin and godson -- the two are close. Patrick did not appreciate how Shawndreca spoke about OLG and told Kandi about it. And it looks like now, Shawndreca's words are coming back to bite her. In the episode preview, Shrawndreca is seen future bad-mouthing OLG, Kandi and Todd, all of which was caught on camera. Kandi and Todd sit her down to have an all-important conversation about her attitude and behaviour at the restaurant.
