Enhypen fans can breathe a sigh of relief. The boys will be back soon after a recent Covid-19 scare among the members. The K-pop boy group was scheduled to make an appearance on the MBC FM4U radio show 'Kim Shin Young‘s Hope Song at Noon' on December 9, but their appearance was suddenly canceled when it was discovered that a staff member tested positive for the coronavirus. However, the results are out now and they tested negative.

Enhypen were then immediately taken into isolation and received testing as a pre-emptive measure to quell any potential spread of the virus. MBC Radio's statement read, "ENHYPEN, who was scheduled for the third and fourth parts of 'Kim Shin Young’s Hope Song at Noon' today, had to cancel their appearance due to an outsourced staff member who tested positive for COVID-19. ENHYPEN will undergo a preemptive COVID-19 test and will go into self-isolation until the test results are confirmed." The statement added, "This is a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, so we ask for your understanding. However, their appearance was canceled abruptly due to a staff member testing positive for the virus."

Enhypen's agency Belift Lab was quick to get the group tested and keep their fans up-to-date with the latest information. The best news is that each member of the group have all been confirmed as negative Covid-19 cases and will be continuing their work and schedules as normal. According to Korea Dispatch, during the late hours of December 9, the agency released this statement:

"The outsourcing staff at the shooting site where ENHYPEN participated was confirmed with the Covid-19 virus. All the artists and staff were tested on the 9th. As the result, ENHYPEN was tested negative with the virus and will presume all the activities from the 10th."

Meanwhile, fans on Twitter have shared their relief for the test results. "I’m so relieved enhypen tested negative or I was gonna go off on the virus myself #ENHYPEN," said a fan while another wrote, "I was sure the result would be negative. For everyone, always take care of your health, okay. And thanks God."

One fan wrote, "Thank God I got scared when I saw the notification, and then ANXIOUS when I saw it's only in Korean." Another concerned fan shared, "They still need to be careful since incubation period is 7-12 days. Keep healthy and be safe."
