LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The ‘Seinfield’ star Julia Louis-Dreyfus, in a heartwarming gesture, brought her elder son musician Henry Hall as her date to the Oscars 2023. In doing so, Louis-Dreyfus, 62, joined the plethora of other stars to bring their children to the Academy Awards this year. 

‘The New Adventures of Old Christine’ alum arrived in Hollywood's Dolby Theater wearing a gorgeous Lanvin gown featuring a plunging neckline. The embellished dress in a straight silhouette was held in her waist with a black belt with a statement sun-inspired embellishment. She accessorized with dangling earrings and her smile as she was accompanied by her son in the venue.

Like the ‘Veep’ actress, ‘More Tiny’ star Hall, attended the black-tie event wearing a classic tuxedo and an attached brooch in his left lapel. The mother-son duo cut a striking figure as they posed for the photos on the Oscars’ champagne carpet

Dreyfus in the Oscars

Along with supporting her movie, 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever', the actress presented the 'Best Costume Award' at the Oscars on Sunday, which was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel for the third time. Five bids have been made for the film, including Best Visual Effects and Best Supporting Actress for Rihanna and Angela Bassett, respectively. Louis-Dreyfus played the role of Valentina "Val" Allegra de Fontaine, who runs the CIA in the Marvel sequel.

Louis-Dreyfus is a proud mother of two sons whom she welcomed with her comedian and 'SNL' regular husband Brad Hall. While Henry, 30 is her older, 'Watching Ellie' star's younger is Charlie, 25.

Her poise and elegance garnered her many accolades from her fans. One fan wrote, "I would absolutely LOVE for one day to say 'Academy Award winner Julia Louis-Dreyfus'." Referring to her presentation on stage, a fan wrote, "That bit with Julia Louis-Dreyfus was funnier than anything Jimmy Kimmel has said". One fan even voted for her being the next Oscar host, "Julia louis dreyfus should host the next oscars".
