LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Darci Lynne received a warm reception from the audience at the 'America's Got Talent: Fantasy League' Season 1 studio when she performed.

This time, Lynne took her ventriloquist skills to a whole new level. During her act, she flaunted her vocal skills in front of the judges. Along with this, she even played an electric guitar.

After her performance, the 'America's Got Talent' winner received mixed feedback from the judges.

Heidi Klum gave a standing ovation to Darci after her performance and said, "Darci I think you are absolutely fantastic and I'm glad you didn't abandon Petunia all the way because this is how we fell in love with you. I'm so happy that you are back here on our stage."

Mel B added, "Your beauty is you and Petunia's voice, your voice, and Petunia's voice. You know who I mean. That's what captures America's heart. I almost love the simplicity of what you were doing back then, and I just feel like the music and everything overshadowed what you're still good at."

Simon Cowell said, "You know what, Darci, I'm gonna agree with Mel. There are very few people in the world who could do what you do. The singing and the ventriloquism together is what I call your USP (Unique Selling Point) and I think we were distracted away from what you do brilliantly."

Cowell continued, "The good news is it's not down to us. It's down to the audience."

Soon after, the fans of the show began calling out the judges for being so hard on Darci Lynne.

A Reddit user said, "I thought it was a natural evolution for her act. The judges were unfair."

Another user chimed in, "Yeah, I was honestly afraid she'd change it TOO much, so i was glad she didn't go too far. they kind of overdid it in the criticism because she still included her other talents, as well."

Another user shared, "Agree. It wasn’t deviating from her specialty (like Simon said), but rather incorporating new things into something wholly unique."

A user quipped, "I am NOT a Howie fan but he got it so right when he was explaining how she wanted to grow. She did great."

One user commented, "I had been thinking for years I wonder what she'd do as she got older because she'd have to at least somewhat change some things around."

Was 'AGT: Fantasy League' star Darci Lynne hesitant to perform in front of people?

Lynne had a natural inclination for singing since she was young, but she was reluctant to sing in front of people. Her parents encouraged her to overcome her shyness by participating in the 2014 International Cinderella Scholarship Program, which led to her being crowned International Mini Miss.

While participating in the competition, Lynne got to meet Laryssa Bonacquisti, who held the International Teen title and was a ventriloquist. This encounter inspired Lynne to also pursue ventriloquism.

In March 2016, Darci performed on the television show 'Little Big Shots'. During her appearance, she sang the song 'I Want to Be a Cowboy's Sweetheart' alongside her puppet named Katie.
