According to court documents, Johnny Knoxville and Naomi Nelson have decided to part ways, ending their marraige that lasted over a decade. The 'Jackass' actor, 51, filed for divorce from Nelson in Los Angeles on Tuesday, 14 June, citing irreconcilable differences.

The court documents also indicated that Knoxville (real name Philip John Clapp)  is requesting the shared legal and physical custody of their two children, 12-year-old Rocko, and 10-year-old Arlo. According to the divorce papers, Knoxville believes he has separate property from Nelson, but he is "unaware of the full nature and extent of said separate property," which will be determined at a later date. It's unknown whether Nelson has hired legal counsel to speak on her behalf. Knoxville and Nelson married in September 2010 and separated on their 11th wedding anniversary on September 24, 2021.

Though Knoxville usually keeps his personal life private, the long-time prankster paid tribute to Nelson on Instagram in 2021 in celebration of Mother's Day. "Happy Mother's Day to my one true love and the most wonderful mother our kids could ever hope for," he wrote alongside two photos of Nelson and their children. "You bless us every day and I and we love you very much."

Following the great success of the gang's big-screen comeback in 'Jackass Forever', it was confirmed last month that a new 'Jackass' TV series is in the works for Paramount Plus. "Based off the success of Jackass Forever, we’re working with the creators to continue the partnership with a new series, bringing even more ridiculous antics straight to Paramount+," Paramount Global CEO Bob Bakish confirmed to Metro.

Knoxville's most recent on-screen performance, aside from Netflix's 'Jackass 4.5', was at WrestleMania 38, when he defeated Sami Zayn in a chaotic 'Anything Goes Match' that included a gigantic mouse trap, Party Boy, a bowling ball, and Wee Man bodyslamming the WWE star. He told the press, "I would love to come back and do something more in the future! It’s been a dream come true working with the WWE. It’s been so much fun, I didn’t realize I would become so completely obsessed with it like I have, it’s so fun!"
