Johnny Depp 'penetrated' Amber Heard with bottle, say lawyers in SHOCKING new sexual assault claims
Amber Heard's attorneys have claimed Johnny Depp sexually penetrated her with an alcohol bottle during a three-day hostage situation in Australia in 2015. The claim is strongly denied by Depp's attorney, saying that these are horrific tales made up to shock and overwhelm the public to sympathise with her.
Amber Heard's lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, made the claim during Depp's $100 million defamation trial against ex-wife Heard on Tuesday, April 11, in Fairfax, Virginia. Bredehoft said, "He has her jammed up against the bar. He has hurled bottles and bottles at her. He has dragged her across the floor on the broken bottles. He has punched her. He has kicked her. He has told her he's going to f**king kill her, and he f**king hates her. He's pounding at her, pounding at her. And then, he penetrates her with a liquor bottle".

As she spoke, Depp shook his head as if to say: "No." Depp's spokesman strongly denied those claims, saying in a statement, "These fictitious claims were never made at the onset of Amber's allegations in 2016, and only advantageously surfaced years later once she was sued for defamation after noting in her op-ed that she was a victim of sexual violence."
The statement further said, "Words are key in a defamation case, and conveniently, this allegation only came after that. This follows a pattern of her elaborate, erroneous claims, which have continued to change and evolve over time for the purpose of Hollywood shock value, of which Amber has mastered and used to exploit a serious social movement".
Depp's attorneys refer to Amber Heard as 'deeply troubled' and claim that she manipulates people around her. In the opening statements, Depp's lawyer, Camille Vasquez, said, "Miss Heard is a profoundly troubled person who manipulates the people around her."
But Heard's attorney, Bredehoft, told the jury that Depp is filled with rage and is like a demon. "He viewed his wife Amber like his mother and his sister that he hates," Bredehoft said, adding that "his rage was fueled by the alcohol and the drugs."
Vasquez further said, "She became outraged at the suggestion that Mr Depp might leave her. She berated him and when he tried to leave, she became violent, so violent in fact she threw a bottle at him, which hit his hand and exploded, it severed the end of one of his fingers." The attorney continued, "Miss Heard tried to avoid public humiliation and present herself as a noble survivor and representative of the MeToo movement. You will hear evidence that Miss Heard is obsessed with her public image. It's her number one priority. After she received a $7 million settlement from Mr. Depp, she released a statement claiming she wanted nothing from him and would donate it to the Children's Hospital Los Angeles and the ACLU. But then she did not make the donations."
"Quite simply, Miss Heard had publicly cast herself in the role of a domestic abuse survivor. There was no going back. When Mr. Depp stood up for his good name, Miss Heard couldn't back down. "
Firmly denying any sexual abuse claims against Depp, Vasquez said, "Miss Heard and her lawyers are going to tell you some truly horrific tales of abuse. They are designed to shock you and overwhelm you. They are designed to be explosive and distract you from common sense which will tell you it is all a lie. Not one incident of abuse could have happened as Miss Heard claims. "
"She tells lies and covers up those lies with still more lies in a constantly changing, evolving, ever more dramatic story," she added.
Lastly, Vasquez admitted that Depp had gone through some real struggles with substance abuse, but he did nothing of the kind that Heard claimed that he did. And she further went on to call Heard's act an "act of cruelty."
